Stuck at 130? I'll have to reduce my calories again.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you diet calendar is correct, your calories are already low. You are better off kicking up your exercise plan. Increase your intensity. If you run do some sprints in between. Get a DVD and do some interval training. You will see some amazing results in your body composition. If you don't exercise at all and can, then start. It makes a difference. You don't have much to lose now, so you may find yourself losing a half a pound or pound a week. Staying the same weight for a week doesn't mean you should cut more calories. It's perfectly normal. I would not go under a 1000 calories a day. Good luck@
