Status Quo:

Bathroom Scale: 216.8
FitBit Scale: 217.4

Good news! I didn't gain a pound, bad news I didn't shed weight. Status Quo...I will have to up my exercise commitment so that I can start boosting my weight loss again. I think I have hit a rut because I am starting to hit that "Old Fat" or that weight that has been on for a while. I will write more in a bit...
217.4 lb Lost so far: 38.6 lb.    Still to go: 37.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
