traveled for 12 days and my goal was to not gain weight. I lost .5 pounds which for me was success. now i need to get back to the diet. glad to see that i have some buddies.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Success!!! Fantasic job on the loss during travels. We are on team Herschel on the to infinity and beyond challenge. Lets lose those pounds as we head out to the stars!!! Welcome back:)

i ate a nutritious breakfast, fruit as a snack and soup or salad for lunch. I remained calm at dinner making sure not to pig out. One glass of red wine on a few days...no other fru fru drinks. The thing I think that helped the most was not eating desserts. This willhelp you to maintain. You won't lose much but it is better than returning home 5 pounds heavier :-)
