I struggled yesterday with hunger but thankfully made it through one day. This is really big for me. I usually throw in the towel in the evening because I tell myself that I can't go to bed hungry. Well, a half of banana helped that and I MADE IT!! So happy. Of course, I wanted the scale to reflect a five pound totally unrealistic weight loss but I'll have to get real here. Yesterday I read that the scale is only about your relationship to the earth and gravity. It says nothing about how you love and care for others and what a good person you are. I need to hold on to that thought. To be continued.........
Didn't get much exercise today. Had to ride in the car five hours. Went to a funeral so I ate things that were not my normal...like plain white bread. I think I made healthy choices. Tonight my snack is Scoops and salsa. Today was still in the 'good' range. Yay.
