I have been here so many times in my life that I have lost count. Today I am faced with stark reality - I HAVE TO LOSE WEIGHT. No excuses. I had a dream the other night that my deceased Mom was waiting for me at the front door. She took both my hands in hers and said she was looking forward to me joining her....it would be soon. Was this a literal wake-up call??? I think it was. So today I begin to be more accountible and more health conscious. My food is fuel and my fuel is only to help my body be healthy. I begin again.

** I have made it healthfully for four hours. I must be thankful for each and every hour that I do. So far so good.
