I have been going to at Club Reduce to help me over all health and to get off breads and sweets and most meats. I have not been to good at going call turkey. That's why loved weight watchers I could eat anything in moderation but I know that the addictions on the sweets and red meat and such are not healthy for you but not sure what to do because signed a contract so where I go or not have to pay till whole about it paid, what was I thinking. I am going back to weight watchers soon!
229.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week

Good luck - you can do weight watchers and still watch the bread and sweets.
