PGE electrical power was out again Jan 20, 2019, 4pm to 5:11pm. not as long as the 43mph gusts, heavy rain on 16th overnight to 17th. PGE.com usage shows ESTIMATED USAGE all day FOR THE 16TH, 17TH and 20TH OF JAN, 2019, same days power was out.
