Good morning - walked 1.47 miles yesterday - 7:30pm. It was still quite warm, but with water and a towel and hubby in tow, it was worth it. :)
Had a bit more self control last night - or perhaps it was the watermelon which filled me up. Creative cooking again, another variation on Half and Half Casserole. Will try to add ingredients today.
Gilad - Core and More - new DVD. Up at 5:30am - Did 30 minutes this morning - started 'feeling' the results on the drive in. Wow. Can't wait till I can do all 46 minutes of the workout (not including the warm up and cool down!)
