SOOOOOOOOOO depressed went up two pounds!!UGHHHHH My trip is less then 9 weeks away now and I go up now i have to lose 14lbs before then. Starting to seem impossible. been trying to get the workouts in and stay away from Carbs but I have had some here and there. And to make it even better I woke up this morning with the stomach bug! Well it gave me a day off of work but I can hardly stand up without being in pain let alone workout. Iam glad I did get in a 30min walk after work last night.
Some days I feel Iam doomed to be fat!! Iknow I can do it but it seems so far out there. Hopefully the tides will change and soon. Doesn't help that my Bday is coming. almost hope noone has anything planned so I don't have to worry about cake and drinking......
Sorry to babble on but this is just down and out frustrating!!!!!!!!!!
167.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

I hope your bug is just a 24 hour thing. The 2 lbs could be water retention since you are sick or muscle from working out. You have been doing so great..DON'T GIVE UP!!! 9 weeks is a long time & who knows how much weight you can lose in that time.

You're right, you CAN do it. Sometimes it's overwhelming to think about the total amount of weight you want to lose; try taking it just one week or day at a time. So instead of focusing on 14 pounds in nine weeks, think "just 1.5 pounds this week." Or think about making today be a great day and worry about tomorrow tomorrow. This has helped me when I feel overwhelmed. Happy (early) birthday, I hope you have a wonderful day!

You can do it. Stick to it! I agree with Merlin, don't look at the overall goal, set a bunch of little ones. Drink your water, when you are full, then drink some more, that is what I think broke my weight stall. Keep it up you are doing the right things.

My birthday is coming up in March, and I know how you feel about cake and parties! I took things into my own hands and told my friends not to get a cake. There's a really good recipe for flourless chocolate raspberry cakes in the SBD 30 minute meals cook book, I'll post it for you. It's easy to make and is a GREAT substitute for real cake! :) Hang in there!
