Well I'm up 1lb. I can't say it's a massive surprise as I was only just down it yesterday and I did have that buffet yesterday. I tried to record what I had (kind of- how do you really know what you're eating when you're out) but it must have come to more. I did only have 2 plate loads, and they give you tiny plates, and I tried to fill a lot of the space with salad, but I guess it just came to more than what I've said.

I also didn't go to the gym; I got home at 4pm and just ran out of steam. The thought of getting changed and getting my bike out to get there, let alone 20 minutes on a treadmill was more than could be handled. Maybe if I'd taken my kit out with me at 11am I could have gone without going home but that just didn't seem appealing. Next time I'll bear in mind that that's the sensible option
181.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
