Today's gonna be an interesting one, as I'm meeting a friend for pizza hut buffet at lunch. Dangerous I know but I'm not gonna deprive myself of something I enjoy that I only get maybe once every 6 months. I'll just try to have a high salad to pizza/pasta ratio as damage limitation, and of course, a diet soft drink.
Also today I have my fitting for my student nurse uniform- so I'm glad I've shaken off 7lb for that! With any luck it'll be hanging off me by the time I actually get round to wearing it!
Another reason for motivation is that I have worn away yet another pair of jeans in the inner leg area. This is something that always happens eventually with my jeans, but since I've put weight on, I just can't seem to get them to last long at all. So that thought should hopefully encourage me to get to the gym this afternoon!
