Arrrrggggghhhh! Here I am again, about a year later, having gained back most of the hard lost weight.

Alright, so I'm back as a bad example for the rest of you. Sorry. Here I %&#@X*@ go again!
199.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

At least you did come back and your getting on it! Give yourself some credit for that. Reminds me of an old WW2 song... *singing* You did it before and you CAN do it again, yes you can do it again*! Ok, so it's ready, set, GO and you are being responsible now. You've posted your weight and we are all watching you *LOL*
