I know that I do this and I expect the back and forth back and forth. But it still can dicourage me. I haven't been eating regularly and it has been making feel like garbage. I get too hungry and then I don't want to eat. So my goal for this week is to eat regularly. Also I need to keep doing the chicken broth. I think I'm low on salt. I've had more leg cramps latley.
153.3 lb Lost so far: 1.7 lb.    Still to go: 28.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
