chest 35 3/4 down 3/4 inch
thigh 24 3/4 same
arms 12 same


This week:
Waist: 34 Down1/4
Hips 39 down 1/2
Thigh: 24 1/4 down 1/2
chest: 36 up 1/4
Ribs:33 1/2 down 1/4
arms:12 same

153.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 28.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
