Stayed the same weight after 5 days of cardio with four being Zumba but that's great cause my waist and hips are feeling more solid and tone...this is a Great thing!!
177.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi & yep it is a great thing. Fat is being replaced by muscle which doesn't show straight away on the scales, but the tape measure & your clothes will give you a clearer picture. Keep up the great work.
