11/28/18 204.8, unrecorded wt. gain. Intermittent fasting, down 4.6 lbs this past week. Just trying to keep my head above water. Eat more fat, make some fat bombs today. I'm hungry in the mornings. Quit BPC, but need the fat. Black coffee with stevia and butter. That is helping the last couple days. Very little snacking.
196.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 46.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Do you think you are in ketosis?

liv001: Yes I'm in ketosis. I love this way of eating and when I try something that I would have normally ate in my old way of eating, I find it is a disappointment. For me, carbs and sugar are addictive. It's been a battle all my life and I'm 67.

Yeah I feel the same way. When I IF I often do not feel much hunger. Maybe now and then. The ketosis process helps with the body using my body fat and keeping insulin from spiking makes it easy for me not to snack. But yeah sometimes I feel hungry
