I have been doing well with following the plan. I have cheated a few times but I have increased my workouts on those days so it evened out. I have been very busy so haven't posted my meals and workouts but I am doing it faithfully.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
