Still at 298... But didn't bounce up. Lots of protein and moderate carbs yesterday. Let's see how that works... But got a super nice 110 blood sugar reading last night.
298.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 93.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
