Did not really make any of my exercise goals, but I did start Zumba last week (once/week). And although I am not recording very well lately, sometimes from laziness, sometimes from eating things I was not sure how to record, I can still say I am eating conscientiously, especially with regard to overall intake. So, a mixed bag, but definitely there is room for improvement. Let's get 'em this week!
134.2 lb Lost so far: 60.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
