day one after a 10 day water fast. salad, nuts, some guacamole, deli meat and cheese... obviously I was full, and now my gut has retained it to add more weight.feel hydrated. it was hard to stay hydrated during the fast. the 3 pounds is obviously the food and water retention.
209.6 lb Lost so far: 73.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 21.0 lb a week

Spiritual growth, and understanding of how my mind and body react to this experience. From the fast it was taking electrolytes, vitamins, lots of water and I can leave off coffee and tea. Hunger is a mind trick most of the time. Control of my environment so not to be tempted. Accepting that my priority is greater than the temptation to eat. I will follow up with a YouTube video later about this experience. Stay tuned. Thanks for all your support
