I don't know how but I lost 6lbs this week. That's more than any week in induction. I'm now on OWL. Wow amazing.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

That's short for On Going Weight Loss "Phase II" on the Atkins diet.
