Thanks all, loss is slowing down but all going well, and I'm sure I'll get a little fluctuation over christmas/new year. Doctor visit today and first time in many years he was super positive about weight loss, blood sugar and cholesterol. Now that I am off BP meds and all labs are excellent, he put me on a annual checkup schedule. Woowhooo.
Didn't even know until he looked at his records that I am almost at 100lbs lost from my highest of 340 in 2008. Wow
