Not surprising to have a little uptick in weight after losing 3 lbs in 2 days. I put on my favorite work-clothes outfit yesterday, and the top is getting too big. Where are my boobs going???

2 minutes of planking, makes a total of 5. 18 days left in our challenge, we better get busy!
196.4 lb Lost so far: 51.2 lb.    Still to go: 32.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
