Been a while since I updated this. I started something called the couch to 5k and though I'm not able to run 5k yet, I am running well. Today I ran two miles.

I'm eating a salad a day as a meal and I'm cutting back on my coffee.
234.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
