Been a while since I updated this. I started something called the couch to 5k and though I'm not able to run 5k yet, I am running well. Today I ran two miles.
I'm eating a salad a day as a meal and I'm cutting back on my coffee.

Today is my first day starting this. This year, I lost 8 pound and then gained 5. When I do work out, I try to run but my heart rate jumps rather quickly. As a college student, I find it hard to manage time to go to the gym and when I do, I sometimes over do it.
