😊. no more Lyrica. messed me up, made me dumb as a rock, and screwed up my insides...at least that's how it felt. back to good old fashioned "deal with it" physical therapy for pain. Fix it, don't hide it. probably better in the long run anyway. who knows maybe I'll use this pills later if I change my mind. but not today.
142.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
