I am having alot of pain with my leg at the moment so I haven't been to the gym which is where I really need to go. I have been eating more or less 'healthily' but need new recipe ideas now.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I can highly recommend the slimming world recipe books! Do you tend towards more red or green days? I always preferred red, but lost better on green.
