Not much of a loss this week. Think I may be hitting a plateau. I'm going to add some weight training to my workout with the attempt to buff up my chest and arms will make weight loss a little more apparent LOL
243.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Every pound takes you closer to goal weight. It is very normal to have small loss's and bigger ones. If you add weight training, remember that your muscles retain water when doing new exercises and it can show as a temporary gain on the scale. It will also help you build muscle faster which in turn will eventually help you lose faster. Since muscle is more dense than fat, you may also build muscle (see the scale go up) while watching your clothes size go down. The scale is only one way to measure weight loss. You are doing great.
