Well I managed to take the pound off that I had gained due to TOM so I'm happy. Went in and had my blood drawn today so we'll see what my lipid panel is doing as a result of eating healthy!
285.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 85.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I haven't needed to go to the doctor in three and a half months so I haven't had my blood lipids done yet. Good luck on yours!
