got my new results on the cholesterol check everything is down:

HDL CHOLESTEROL 40
CHOL/HDL RATIO 3.9
TRIGLYCERIDES 74

These are the numbers from last Feb: CHOLESTEROL 226 HDL CHOLESTEROL 52 CHOL/HDL RATIO 4.3 TRIGLYCERIDES 86 LDL CHOLESTEROL 157

AWESOME!! I'm taking krill oil to bring my HDL up. Normally, if I ate fish on a regular basis I wouldn't need the suppliment but fish here is higher per lb than any other meat. Last summer some were as high as 6$ per lb. OUCH! --- Congrad's!!
