i feel like i should weigh less. Maybe my scale is broken? My clothes are loose, I'm down 2 pant sizes. I've lost 3 inches in my belly and 1" in arms and legs. I'm ready to toss the scale but I'm still fixated on that number. Oh well, I guess I'll just try harder. Eat better (that's a tough one for me) and exercise EVEN more. Cause lately well the last 2-3 weeks have been hard to get to the gym. Started walking almost daily too. It'll happen, even if i just get down to "my" healthy weight of 150.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

The scale is only one measure of weight loss success. How you feel and how your clothes fit are other ways. When you exercise a lot, sometimes you may lose fat but not see the scale move like you want. It takes time for the scale to catch up. I always say I would rather weigh 150 and be a size 4 (with exercise) than weigh 140 and be a size 8 (without exercise). Exercise does make a difference. So keep on keeping on. Your doing great.
