1st weigh in after starting my journey again. last workout was in May prior to a business trip, that was followed by mandatory OT. Around the time the mandatory OT ended we had a death in the family. Since the death in June I work my 40 hours then spend my days off cleaning out the home of my husband's aunt. Had our 1st grandbaby recently. Haven't been taking my lunches to work, instead I've been eating in the cafeteria. So much has happened in the last 5 months I'm really surprised I didn't gain more than I did!
286.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 146.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
