Spent the last week of of my no carb diet trying to recover from gout with watermelon and celery seed tea. Gout is much better but no completely gone. I have had nothing but carbs. Lots of fruit, potato chips, and german choc. cake. I am recovering fast from the crashy feeling from my body detoxing so much uric acid. I didn't get dizzy and need as much salt at all. My sleep is better. This morning my blood sugar was 81 despite the carbs all week. Usually it has been 98 in the morning before the low carb diet.

Diet followed reasonably well.
