Don't know what happened over the weekend. I've eaten fairly well but have been sick the last few days. No exercise and I did eat a bit more. However this became three pounds? I don't understand.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Maybe your body is retaining some water. Hard to tell when you are sick. Give it a few days.
