Restarting SBD today, after having gained 20 lbs since going off of it last year. This time, I am adding exercise to my plan in order to prevent losing muscle mass. Also, I'm not going to be so rigid....that's been a problem in the past, I follow the diet to the letter, then as soon as I skew off just a little I lose control of it. I have to get out of that mindset that I'm either on it or off of it, because that seems to give me a license to go crazy when I have something that isn't entirely sanctioned (in the summer months especially this is hard, because we are more active and away from home a lot). I want to lose about 70 lbs, so I have a lot of work ahead of me.
