Been back on SBD for 5 days so far, and am down 4.2 lbs since Monday (though I won't log an "official" weigh-in for two more days). Having done SBD in the past, I know that I will not lose as much as many do in phase 1...I tend to take off with weight loss in phase 2. I keep debating whether I want to do the entire two weeks of phase 1, but since I've been off of the diet since last fall, I think I will probably stick to that timeline.
Now I need to get more active and get a real workout program going. I have a small step machine in my home, but prefer walking my neighborhood.
I'm sticking to the diet so far, haven't had anything regarded as "off limits", although for a couple days this week I am certain I fell short of my vegetable consumption goals (I had a lot of digestion problems while adjusting to the diet this time, really bad stomach aches, so I had to take things slow for a couple of days).
Some new recipes I want to try soon...especially jicama hash browns. If those taste as good as I hear, I will be very, very happy. Found jicama's at Wal-Mart.
