WTF? I'm doing things right. I exercise daily, I range between 1200-1600 cals a day? What? too much alcohol included? Too many cardbs? I hope I'm just bloated and tomarow will be a better weight! DAmn!
196.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.6 lb a week

I do the same thing. I will slowly start to lose and then bam, I gain a pound or a pound and half, stay there a day or so, then lose weight over night. So many things contribute to fluctuations. I usually try to drink more water when I see things start to creep up a little.
