These past three days I have completely lost control. Yes I HAVE exercised However, my carb intake way too high. PLUS, totally ignored keeping better track of calories. I had my day basically planned out as far as what I was going to eat and it was if I almost DELIBERATLY blew it. How did I do that? Hey. Either way, I have returned to sanity and self awareness and am back in the game.
