These past three days I have completely lost control. Yes I HAVE exercised However, my carb intake way too high. PLUS, totally ignored keeping better track of calories. I had my day basically planned out as far as what I was going to eat and it was if I almost DELIBERATLY blew it. How did I do that? Hey. Either way, I have returned to sanity and self awareness and am back in the game.

WTF? I'm doing things right. I exercise daily, I range between 1200-1600 cals a day? What? too much alcohol included? Too many cardbs? I hope I'm just bloated and tomarow will be a better weight! DAmn!

Down to 196 - wow, I fluctuate! Screwed up last night though. Drank too much and ate an extra meal last night! Prob went over a good 600 cals! Back on track today! Have the op to do 30 min. sessions today!

Well I was just reading metamucil clear and natural ingredients - 25 cals per serving! Holy crap! There's about 100 cals not counted for these past couple days! Damn it! WSorst part is, I still havn't crapped! Time for a laxative tonight!
