While on a great cruise vacation, I managed to gain 2 pounds. I found that reasonable considering all the food I ate. It was our yearly sister get together. What a wonderful time we had together. We are all getting on in age, the youngest of us is 60. I am back on program and will get those pounds off in the next week or so. I am the one on the right in black.

Good for you with that mere 2 lb gain! I've heard the with the fabulous food on cruises it is very tempting to overdo. You'll drop it in no time.
