How may we help you on your journey? I, personally, have had several of the same challenges... and most are resolved now.

I think my problem stems mostly with accountability and compulsive problems. I know what I should and should not be eating and exercise is key. Funny thing is I wasn't really too too badly and was exercising more. It was a weird week, I went to my mom's 15th year anniversary for working at Disneyland and they had open bar and open buffets thru out the California adventure park. But I didn't drink cause I had to drive, plus push my mom in a wheelchair so I got my exercise, and I could only eat a little cause of the bariatric surgery. Then 2 days later I pretty much did the same thing when my mom and I and my cousin and her bf went to the l.a. county fair. I don't know why I gained so much but then pretty much dropped it in a few day s later

Ah... okay. Sounds to me like when I began and had to examine what I was writing down in my Diet Calendar... then I had to set a calorie ceiling... and following Keto, I had to (then) come up with a ratio that worked for me (65% fat, 25% protein and 10% carbs)... where are you at in that process for your particular WOE?
