Shut up and do it. There are two reasons this will NOT work for you. 1)there is some biological or physiological block; i.e., you've reached a minimum sustainable weight/body mass, and you need to change tactics (bio-block)...or 2) you're doing it wrong, cheating, not entering food correctly, or not distributing your calorie intake (user error).
Stick to it, follow the steps and MAINTAIN. Don't get discouraged; JUST KEEP DOING IT.
