This has been an unforgiven weigh in, I do not understand seems like the harder I tried this period the less I benefited. My workouts was more intense, and I increase my walks from 2.5 miles at 3.5 to 6 miles at 3.5 2.35 hr walks 4 times a week. and weight training 2 - 3 times a week. None the less I will try harder this week. My computer at home is down but I will update journal and food log this week.
