Ok I was looking on here for motivation. Way to go you are on the same diet as I am and you lost weight this week.
What do you do with the baking powder you eat for breakfast. Maybe that will help me lose weight next week. LOL

Hi, I havent been on for awhile, just entered a full day's real food intake and wow those calories sure do add up! gotta get back on the wagon!
The baking powder for breakfast is part of the "Muffin in a Mug" that i discovered while on the Atkins diet. I couldnt do the Atkins, but the Muffin in Mug is actually a tasty way to get Omega3's from Flax seed meal. Mix in a mug, 1/4 cup flax meal, one egg, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp splenda, couple shakes salt & cinnamon. Microwave 1 minute. Looks weird but tastes really good.
