It has been a really bad couple of weeks. My depression completely took over. I've not been counting my calories, not weighing my food, not training and eating junk. This happens to me now and again and hopefully I've come out of the other end. Going to the gym later on and try to get back into some sort of rountine

Good for you! That’s the fighting spirit :) I truly understand how isolating and devastating depression is since it latches on and digs its claws in ~ gets quite comfy and the longer it stays. But I salute you for hopefully having come out the other side, Keep fighting! And all the best with your weight loss journey! :)

good for you for going back to the gym, good to be able to focus on something positive, and the endorphins might give you a bit of a boost. I really feel for you and hope you feel better soon x
