Played softball yesterday. I may be a little dehydrated. Lets see what i weigh tomorrow.
236.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks for the compliment. I am hoping that the weight stays off and I dont see a spike due to de-hydration. I was out there 3 hours running, catching pop-ups and basically giving it my all so that I could help my team out. We did it though, we won and made the playoffs.
