:-) Thankfulness Journal, Day 6:

I'm thankful for my continued weightloss, and Pray, every morning, that God will continue to strengthen me in my efforts to stay on the road to success; giving Him all the praise and glory for every pound, and every ounce that I loose. <>< :-) I'm also thankful that this Challenge gives me the opportunity to wake up, every day, with the attitude of gratitude. :-)
270.0 lb Lost so far: 70.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2126 kcal Fat: 144.15g | Prot: 167.55g | Carb: 29.17g.   Breakfast: vanilla almond milk, Blue Diamond, Apriva zero calorie sweetener, green tea, salada, maple flavored bacon,, sharp cheddar singles, kraft, american singles, kroger, Parmigiano Reggiano Stravecchio, White Truffle Oil, unsalted butter, large eggs, kroger; scrambled in butter with cheese, and finished off with a spritz of White Truffle Oil . Lunch: american singles, kroger, Chuck Roast Chili con Frijoles Negros. Dinner: cornish hen, pan grilled in bacon fat and EVOO, then roasted to perfection., Green Beans with a touch of Soul. more...
