Finishing up APPLE DAY....did a re-weigh after I really went to the bathroom...down 1.3 lbs...WOO HOO!! Hopefully out ot the stall!!
161.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

What's an apple day? Im doing this diet on my own so I haven't yet read about an apple day. . .

It's where you eat nothing but large apples...six apples...from noon to noon the next day. You drink only a minimum amount of water....enough to quinch your thirst. An APPLE DAy...will usually bring a person out of a stall...as I was all last week.
