The weekend was awful for eating and drinking. I start to drink and all I want to do is eat and I lose my self control. My pig, Cruella, won that one. Maybe it's time to put that on my conditional list. Once a week and set a limit. Other than that, the week was good. One day at a time folks!

159.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Probably the best way to stop doing that is to record your drinks in your diet calendar, plus the eating after. Then you'll see how many calories they contain and that will put you off doing it. Have a good week 🙂
