Did Ok this week am going to add exercises that will not kill knees soon. Overall happy with things.
322.0 lb Lost so far: 55.0 lb.    Still to go: 92.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great job keep up the good work.I also hae problems with my knees so if you have any suggestions please let me know i could sure use the help with taking the pressure of my knees
